Snowflakes.

Christmas is over but winter is not and the snow is still falling.

You have probably heard it said  that every snow flake is different.

But have you ever really thought about how many snow flakes there are?

There are  A LOT.

It is the same with people every one is different and yet there are so many.

Have you ever stopped and looked at the people you see day to day?

And noticed how different they are from each other?  They all have a story just like you and me.

Have you ever been going through a rough time and you had a stranger give you a complement or say a kind word or just share a smile with you?   How did it make you feel ?

I know that when ever I have been in a situation like that, It really blessed my day,  So next time you see someone who seams to be having a rough day (maybe a waitress, a cashier or the person waiting in the same line as you)  share a smile or leave them with a kind word or compliment.

You may never know how much it might mean to them.

It is something so simple yet we find it hard to do.

Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?

But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.   Luke 12:6-7

I can Rejoice!

Big Smiley

I heard this song  today  and the words in it are so true……….

I can rejoice! I can rejoice!
When I’m feeling down I still can lift my voice
When the skies begin to rain, I won’t complain, I have a choice
For I have Jesus in my heart, I can rejoice!        .Mark Bishop.

I have Jesus in my heart, I can rejoice!

If you have Jesus in your heart, you can rejoice too,   but it’s a choice.

Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.

Philippians 4:4

As you enter this new year  always remember …………….

Greater is he that is in you then he that is in the world.  1 John 4:4

……… and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said,

I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5

God Bless and Happy New year!
